I've finally got around to posting the class photo from Wednesday after a few days of what I'll call 'self-care' rather than over indulgence 🙈😆

We had a fab time as you can see, celebrating birthdays for Sam & Katie, with ((Bounce)), bubbles & cake...the perfect combo! 🎂🥂

The fun continues this week with a playlist full of classic throwbacks, all I'll say is get those hamstrings warmed up! 😉
