Ruthin, Denbigh & District Gymnastics Club Community club for over 26 years ❤️ Every gymnast springs into our gym excited to learn.

Ruthin, Denbigh and District Gymnastics Club specialises in Team Gym with Artistic squads along side.Permanent 5000 sq ft unit base on Colomendy industrial estate Denbigh. Now in its 22nd year, RDGC corporated in 2017 as a not for profit limited by guarantee to successfully open its specialist Team Gym North Area Facility in Team Gym with state of the art equipment. RDGC is unique in the North Area for its specialism in Team Gym and Coaches at RDGC have access to a network of British Team Gym Coaches as well as RDGC Professional Development Academy/ resources. Our professional coaching team plan for the medium term incorporating a child centred approach to learning to encapsulate a relationship where every gymnast we endeavour to nurture and prosper at RDGC. Our professional coaches are committed in their positions to prepare innovative and fun lessons for all levels and ages that they teach each week. The “I’M IN Gymnastics” and “GymForAll” are initiatives from British Gymnastics and are fully incorporated into RDGC club programme.

A fun-filled semi-structured gymnastics class designed especially for little movers! 💕 Each session combines guided gymnastics activities, movement and exploration with plenty of time for free play, allowing little ones to build confidence, coordination and new skills at their own pace. 🌟

One of the best parts of our classes is that you’re involved too! You’re not watching from the sidelines, you’re making memories together.✨🫶

Perfect for burning off some energy, developing physical skills and having lots of fun on the bars / beam / tumble tracks / trampoline & softplay ! 🥰
