Ruthin, Denbigh & District Gymnastics Club Ruthin, Denbigh and District Gymnastics Club specialises in Team Gym with Artistic development squad along side.Permanent 5000 sq ft unit base in Denbigh.

Now in its 22nd year, RDGC corporated in 2017 as a not for profit limited by guarantee to successfully open its specialist Team Gym North Area Facility in Team Gym with state of the art equipment. RDGC is unique in the North Area for its specialism in Team Gym and Coaches at RDGC have access to a network of British Team Gym Coaches as well as RDGC Professional Development Academy/ resources. Every

gymnast springs into our gym excited to learn. Our professional coaching team plan for the medium term incorporating a child centred approach to learning to encapsulate a relationship where every gymnast we endeavour to nurture and prosper at RDGC. Our professional coaches are committed in their positions to prepare innovative and fun lessons for all levels and ages that they teach each week. The “I’M IN Gymnastics” and “GymForAll” are initiatives from British Gymnastics and are fully incorporated into RDGC club programme.
