Deanshanger Colts & Girls FC is delighted to be holding a FREE Disability Football Taster Session, giving boys and girls of all abilities the opportunity to enjoy football in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

Whether your child has played before or is trying football for the very first time, our dedicated coaches will make sure everyone feels included and has the chance to build confidence, make new friends and most importantly… have fun.

Our Comets pan-disability football sessions are open to all abilities, and we’d love to welcome some new faces.

🚨 Appeal for Information 🚨

Sometime overnight, one or more individuals deliberately vandalised the dugouts at Deanshanger Colts & Girls FC, smashing the brand-new plastic panels.

The damage is estimated at around £1,000 – money that should have been spent supporting our players, improving facilities and investing back into the club. Instead, it will now have to be spent repairing mindless vandalism.

These dugouts are here for every Deanshanger team, from our youngest players through to our senior sides. It’s incredibly disappointing that someone’s selfish actions have affected the whole club.

If you were in the area last night, saw anything suspicious, or have CCTV or doorbell camera footage that may cover the pitches or surrounding area, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Even the smallest piece of information could help.

Three nominations. Three Top 3 finishes. One incredibly proud club. 💙💛

Last night was a special evening for everyone connected with Deanshanger Colts & Girls FC as we were recognised at the Northamptonshire FA Grassroots Football Awards.

Whilst we didn’t take home the overall awards, to be recognised amongst the very best in the county is something every single person involved with our club should be proud of.

A huge congratulations to:
🏆 Bina Hale – Named in the Top 3 Female Coaches in Northamptonshire.
🏆 Libby Pether – Named in the Top 3 Young Coaches in Northamptonshire.
🏆 Deanshanger Colts & Girls FC – Recognised as one of the Top 3 Grassroots Clubs in Northamptonshire.

These achievements reflect everything that makes our club special. They are built on the commitment of our volunteers, coaches, committee members, referees, parents, carers and, most importantly, our fantastic players.

Every training session, every match, every fundraising event and every hour given by our volunteers helps create opportunities for hundreds of young people to enjoy football in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.

Thank you to everyone who gives their time to make Deanshanger Colts & Girls FC the club it is today. This recognition belongs to every one of you.

We may not have brought home the winners’ trophies, but being recognised among the very best in Northamptonshire is an achievement we will all celebrate.

⚽ Become a Referee with Deanshanger Colts & Girls FC ⚽

Are you aged 14 or over and passionate about football? Join our growing referee team and play a vital role in supporting grassroots football. Through our referee development programme, led by Dave Brickell, we provide training, mentoring, match day observations and ongoing support to help you build confidence and develop your officiating skills.

We will also refund the cost of your referee course once you have qualified and completed refereeing commitments with the club. Whether you're a player, parent, volunteer or supporter, this is a fantastic opportunity to stay involved in the game, earn money and become part of our football community.
