We are very pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to join our new Ballet Fit classes running on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Hannah has always had a passion for dance since starting classes at the age 3. Her love for ballet grew when she won a place at the Royal Ballet School as an associate. She trained at the Royal Ballet for 5 years dancing at White Lodge in Richmond Park

and Covent Garden. She is now running Ballet Fit workshops to inspire adults to take up ballet. Ballet Fit is about having fun while improving core strength, and getting a full body workout. It combines the techniques of classical ballet, elements of yoga, barre work and floor-based exercises. This dance-based conditioning workshop focuses on sculpting your body, improving core strength and flexibility. A typical Ballet Fit class will include:

- a warm up
- ballet-barre exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles
- cardio-ballet - a low impact workout to increase stamina and burn fat
- floor-ballet to tone muscles and improve flexibility
- stretch, cool down and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and no ballet or dance experience is required. Places are limited, so book up early to avoid disappointment. To book your place please email [email protected], or drop me a message on Facebook.
