Easy to follow workouts that can be done from home or in a gym .
The Beginners group is basic exercises to help you build your fitness gradually as well as learning all the basic moves . The workouts can be done in your own time . You can store your workouts and progress in the App as well as intergrating your smart watches and my fitness pal to keep track of calories and protein intake .

Nothing makes me more happy than knowing the work I do not only helps people but gives them the confidence to believe in themselves.
I’ve said it before and i will say it again , it doesn’t matter what you’re condition is and if you’ve been told by medical professionals that you won’t get any better it’s complete nonsense!! Everyone has the power to push forward and work on themselves but it has to come from within.

One of my lovely PT clients has been training twice a week for the last 5 weeks with me and has absolutely smashed it 🙌🏻

We talked about not jumping on the scales as the weight is not an accurate way to measure your progress when on a fitness journey. Cut the processed foods and fizzy drinks out and eat natural foods most of the time and move more ❤️❤️❤️

So many people struggle to lose weight and the simple fact is if you are eating processed foods you are always going to struggle because it’s basically full of s**t 💩 no nutrients to support a healthy system and just highly toxic to the body with high amounts of sugar and fats that will keep your body unhealthy no matter how much time you spend in the gym.

Instead of looking at the calories in foods start looking at the ingredients , if it has more than 4 ingredients you shouldn’t be eating it .
Cut the crap and see your body change , your body and brain will thank you for it 🙏

I only recently found out myself how incredibly important the Appendix is . Everyone I spoke to about it said the same thing that it wasn’t important and we don’t need it 🤦‍♀️ where do we get all this bulls**t information from … Karl’s been in hospital twice now for it and not one specialist or dr has mentioned his diet. This is the world we live in people if you want to be healthy you need to research yourself and not trust the drs 🤔
