Bokwa - Thursday or Friday evenings at Betteshanger Social club /Walmer Parish Hall

Still using Zoom for Kettlercise. Totally Shredded, Dance-Fit, Combat, Vibe Cycle and many more ad-hoc classes :o)

If pre-recorded is your thing then I have a Fitness Library of 100's of workouts that you can access 24/7 at a time to suit you! I am

fully qualified and have over 20 years teaching experience so you're in safe hands. All classes are fun and friendly with all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness attending.
