Wasn't to be for the girls in there cup final..but they fought until the very last kick of the game.A real shame that a sick bug passed through several players on the eve of the final and captain freya was suffering from a chest infection but a chance to play in a final was enough of a draw to get the girls to baypoint....in the end there was 1 goal in it and congratulations to Castle Colts Girls and Ladies FC on winning the cup.
Thankyou to everyone who came and supported the girls at last count we had well over a 100 fans there👊
We will put this disappointment behind us and be back next season for another crack at the league and cup...
Until then always remember football will always be the winner.
