It’s been over a year since I started my PT business in Deal, Kent and I didn’t imagine how much personal satisfaction it would give me to see amazing people become more comfortable in their own skin❤️

It’s been great to meet so many wonderful people and help them achieve their health and wellness goals - whatever the age.

Developing core muscle strength will improve your exercise routines, making them more effective — and maybe even more enjoyable!

Core affects your balance, posture, and stability. Contrary to popular belief, your core doesn’t just include your abs!It also consists of muscles in your back and around your pelvis.

Effectively working out your core can:

Planks are a great way to work on your core. They require your arms, your legs, abs and back: making them an all-encompassing workout and a more efficient way to exercise.

After returning from a cold training and assessment exercise yesterday, crew joined with Derek and Jeanette Kedwell and Tony and Tracey Poole from Jenner Contractors in Folkestone who were attending to receive a Certificate of Thanks from the station for a generous donation of £3946.00.
The company have a long history with Walmer lifeboat. A previous donation in 2018 of over £7000 was made in memory of John Collins, a former company employee and Walmer crew member and helm for over 20 years.
The money was raised through a Sprint Triathlon Taster session and organised by the Hythe Bay Tri. Around 50 staff from Jenner and associated sub-contracting companies joined with some 200 other athletes.
The presentation was made by Walmer lifeboat Chair Roger Blown. Also present were Treasurer Roger Phillips and Fundraising Lead Michael Atkins.
Donations such as these ensure that our lifeboat crew are ready 24/7, whenever an emergency arises. It provides our lifesavers with essential training and equipment, all crucial to their safety in the conditions they face.
