Our Kick n Cake took place in fabulously, balmy conditions earlier today. 😎🌤

We made the most of the space.🏟
Pitch 1 had a friendly with the KnC Rec players and some Sunday Swans.🦢🤗

On pitch 2 the session stalwarts began with our usual pass & move drill, followed by some 1 v 1, 2 v 1 , 4 v 2 and 3 v 3 games...ie plenty of footie action.💪⚽️🥅👍

Then we regrouped for some seriously sweet spongey sensations from our 🌟baker, Anne Hambley.🍰🧁🍥

A great start for any Sunday !👏🎉

Yesterday we took part in The Keith Harding Memorial game with Stroke City WFC Torbay.💛⚽️🦢
We always have a fun time during these matches against our friends.
This time, however with added poignancy as we remember their teammate, Keith.🥰
It was a close fought game ending in a 2- 2 draw. So Stroke City retained the trophy for another year. It was presented by Keith's wife Nicky.🏆🤗

We're grateful to have been asked to take part (& Torquay United Women’s Walking Football 40+ joined us too)

(once we are aware of certain League dates - we can get an idea of suitable weekend dates to choose from) 📆

The idea is :
if we host on a Saturday:
those that have arrived on Friday night- we could meet for a meal.

If we host on a Sunday :
weather dependent for those that have arrived on the Saturday we could meet at the beach for a picnic and some games. 🏖️⚽️

After the event there will be an option to go to the pub which is across the road for a bar snack and drink. 🍻🍕

Max 5 GKS per team -per age category.

Winning teams announced
1st -4th place after completing all formats. 🤩

Opposition teams will nominate their TOP KEEPER. 🏆
