Ankle rehab day 💪 few example clips of what I am currently doing for my own rehabilitation.
A week again I had a second fall whilst riding on the flat where the horse slipped on the grass and fell on his side on top of my left leg.
I have residual damage in my left leg due to a spinal fracture 6 years ago so any further injury I am very carful to rehab.

The horse is absolutely fine, it was only from trot and it was a slow decent but the weight on my leg was such a blunt force .

As always I am happy to answer any questions 😊
