💥 Presentation Day 2026 💥

What a day yesterday was! 😊

An incredible day celebrating our amazing players and volunteers! — glorious sunshine, live music, bouncy castles, and a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish. Without doubt, the best Presentation Day the club has ever seen! ☀️

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the end of another fantastic season together. and thank you to those who volunteered on the day to help the event run smoothly.

This club goes from strength to strength because of you — your hard work, dedication and commitment make it all possible. 🙌

A special award was given to Paul "Macca" Mcintyre as he steps down after 14 years with the club. An incredible achievement and amazing contribution to youth football at Dawlish United. Thank you for everything Mac!!

Shoutout and congratulations to the U13s Sharks and U14s Knights who both won their leagues this season and to the U11s Avengers for winning the Dawlish Tournament for the 2nd year in a row.

Thank you to all of our amazing players for another season of commitment, hard work and hopefully lots of smiles and a huge thank you to every single one of our 52 managers and coaches. All of you hard work and dedication is truly appreciated.

This is proof that hard work pays off!

Bea has been outstanding all season; her attendance has been excellent, her discipline has been first class, and she listens to every piece of coaching she’s given.

We have all seen how much she has improved recently. Her confidence, ability, physicality, and understanding of the game have gone from strength to strength, and she’s developed into a superb young footballer!

Everyone at Dawlish Tigers is incredibly proud of her achievement in being selected for the Exeter City Emerging Talent Group.

That’s now the third Tiger to join the academy pathway this year, which says so much about the fantastic group of girls we have at the club!

Well done, Bea; you have earned every bit of this opportunity. Keep working hard and enjoy every minute of it!

💥 THANK YOU 💥

Last weekend Dawlish United hosted its annual 6 aside tournament and this year was the biggest and most successful to date!!

These events wouldn't happen if it wasn't for all our incredible volunteers!

We didn't manage to get a picture of everyone but we would like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU!! to all those who who helped make this years tournament one to be truly proud of!! 😍

⚽ DUFC U9's Hornets ⚽

Both of our U9 Hornets teams had the fantastic opportunity to play on the main pitch on Saturday, making the most of the adults’ end-of-season celebrations.

The teams each played a combination of Ace Talent and Buckland, with games taking place back-to-back. Both teams put in superb performances and showed great determination throughout. The hot weather certainly made things challenging, but it didn’t reduce the effort, energy, or enthusiasm on display!

A special mention goes to Abby and Owen, who played in both games today, an incredible effort and a real testament to their fitness!

And congratulations to Harry and Eli, who were deservedly named Players of the Match for their outstanding performances and effort today. Well done HORNETS!!! Sponsored by EKA Quarry Products

⚽ Dawlish Tournament DAY 3 ⚽

The third and final day of the Dawlish Tournament is complete, and today it was all about girls football!!

The weather was incredible and Sandy Lane was packed with happy faces and some quality football on show, highlighting how much girls football has grown in Devon. ⚽

Well done to everyone who took part, we hope you all had a great day and left with amazing memories.

It has been an incredible weekend at Dawlish United Football Club. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. A special thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, without you this event wouldn't be the success it has become!!

⚽️ Dawlish Tournament DAY 2 ⚽️

Wow! What a scorcher today was! 😎🔥 Day 2 of the Dawlish tournament has been another fantastic day of football from lots of brilliant teams, with some younger teams having a taste of their first ever tournament too!

Thank you everyone who joined us! And we go again for our final day tomorrow for DAY 3 as we welcome teams for our Dawlish Girls Football Tournament! Hot food, plenty of ice creams and refreshing drinks for one last day of football! LETS GO! ⚽️

⚽️ Dawlish Tournament DAY 1 ⚽️

So we ordered the weather today and it certainly delivered! ☀️ What a fantastic first day for the Dawlish Tournament, a full day of football, sunshine, lots of ice cream and plenty of smiles! Thank you to everyone who’s joined us for day 1, we hope you’ve had a great day!

For anyone joining us for day 2 tomorrow, please bring plenty of suncream, it’s going to be another warm one! There’s lots of treats on offer including Burgers, Chips, Sweets, Ice Creams and cakes and of course, buckets of soft drinks to keep you hydrated! Cash and card accepted on all stalls ⚽️ See you tomorrow! 🥳

⚽ Tournament Parking This Weekend ⚽

If you haven't joined us at one of our tournaments before, the postcode is EX7 0AF for your sat nav. Parking at the tournament this weekend will be right next to the Dawlish FC main pitch at a cost of £5 per car, payable by cash or card. Our wonderful volunteers will guide you in and get you parked, please be considerate of others 🚗

A gentle reminder that the Sandy Lane car park is currently closed so you are unable to park here.

Please be aware there are temporary traffic lights on Exeter Road so please leave yourself enough time to get parked up 🚦

Not long to go now and we can't wait to see you there!

💥 DUFC U7's Dinos - Buckland Tournament 💥

A huge well done to our U7 Dinos in their first ever tournament at Buckland! 🦖⚽

Drawn in a very tough group that included three semi-finalists and the eventual tournament winners, the boys showed great determination throughout the day. After a slow start, they really found their rhythm in the third game and pushed the eventual champions all the way with an outstanding battling performance.

It was brilliant to see the team working together, listening to feedback, and improving with every match. There were some fantastic individual performances across the squad, but our Player of the Day goes to Elliot, who stepped up to play in goal twice and made some superb saves 👏🧤

A great experience for the boys and perfect preparation for the upcoming Dawlish tournament.
