I’m a fully qualified personal trainer & nutritionist specialising in strength & conditioning. I design bespoke 1-to-1 training and nutrition plans that actually fit around your life. No fluff, no BS.
My goal is to help busy individuals get stronger, leaner, and more confident while improving their overall health. I take pride in creating challenging yet achievable routines tailored to each person’s needs, schedule, and goals. My approach to nutrition is just as personalised, taking into account your dietary preferences, restrictions, and lifestyle so it’s sustainable, not miserable. I’m determined to help people lead healthier, happier lives through proper training and nutrition, and I’d love to help you do the same.

I'm a nutritionist (with 8 years of experience) and a personal trainer. I help clients get off the weight rollercoaster for good without giving up their social life or foods they enjoy. I do so by sidestepping gimmicks, looking beyond what happens in the gym and going even further by helping you maintain your hard-earned fat loss for good. Together, we’ll focus on:

You can book your space now!
The two dates will be Saturday 30th May 11am - 12.30 and Saturday 13th June 10am - 11.30am
£15 per workshop, you can book one or both!
Just follow the link below, create an account, pick the Calisthenics package and you will then be able to book on to the date you wish!
Already have an account then you should be able to purchase via the app if I’ve managed to set this up right!

**Calisthenics**is this something you would be interested in?
A form of strength training using your own body weight to perform exercises such as push ups, squats, planks, planche, headstands, handstands, muscle ups!
An activity for all levels….
