We know we can do even better this year.

😋 Assortment of sweeties and chocolate and more ………

As well as all that we know you archers like a little bit of cake so we have an archer who is an incredible baker bringing an array of cakes (including gluten free options) for donations.

We might even get a little bit of shooting in.

LBAC Annual Frostbite 🥶 🏹

A great shoot today. It may have been a little muddy underfoot but the weather held out and we even had some blinding sunshine.

Thank you to all the archers from across the county for coming along and making it such a successful and fun shoot. Always a great meet up at the beginning of the year.

Our next competition is 21st February which is a Indoor Portsmouth. Entry forms will be live on the NCAS website shortly.

Please come prepared for the weather and registration opens from 09:15. With Assembly at 10:30 and sighters at 10:45 prompt.

🌧️🌶️ Jalapeño Shoot – Rain? What Rain?! 🌧️🏹

What a fantastic day we had at the Jalapeño Shoot, even with the weather giving us a proper soaking! Huge thanks to all the club members who braved the rain to help set up from 09:30 – we couldn’t have done it without you. 💪

🎯 ROUND HIGHLIGHTS:
• The mighty Jalapeño 30m Frostbite gave everyone a chance to test their skills (and patience with the rain!).
• The Chilli Bite 20m and Mini Bite 10m rounds were perfect for our newer archers to enjoy a fun and relaxed shoot.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Fun Continued:
• Despite the drizzle, the Have-a-Go was a big hit with family members around 12pm, with plenty of smiles all round.
• BYO picnics… 🤨 this year was more of a - snack on your food without it getting wet 😂😂
• last but not least…. The famous Welly Wangle was as competitive as ever, with some impressive (and hilarious!) throws — well done to everyone who gave it a go, this is now a club tradition for this competition and does bring the massive fun element to the end of the day ! 👢 well done to the furthest thrower and the wooden spoon winner 🤭🥇

Massive thanks to everyone who turned up, got involved, and made it such a brilliant day despite the constant rain. A true testament to the true archery spirit! ❤️🏹. Come rain or shine we always make it fun!!

Local archery club LBAC (Long Buckby Archery Club) recently brought together competition, community, and heartfelt remembrance at the third annual Bob Fricker Trophy event, raising an impressive £400 through a charity raffle.

Thanks to all who attended todays Frostbite Shoot. It certainly lived up to its name. It was cold and well certainly foggy all day. Great turn out with over 60 archers braving the weather. Congrats to all the winners, and big thanks to all that helped the day run & help pack up as we were all keen to get warm again..
