Hello. You may be aware (from my personal FB page), that I am currently about to “shake things up” so to speak.

I have therefore decided, I want to pay more attention to detail and in a far more business-like manner. I therefore cannot and don’t want to now have several social blogs.

Could I ask you therefore, to move your attention to my page 1fitmama. Find it and like by searching the Username 1fitmama@hayleyptwhite. You can also search and visit the page at fb.me/hayleyptwhite.

My other professional platform is Instagram (which you might prefer), found on Hayley.fitfamily.01 and if I can ask you to also follow this page to.

The 1fitmama (facebook) and hayley.fitfamily.01 (Instagram) will have far more useful, appropriate and structured content. I currently (and have for a while) feel it’s a bit hit and miss. I want structure and for it to flow.

Whilst there will be no 1fitfamily site, the 1fitmama and Instagram account will still have content regarding family health and wellness and all the in between bits associated with family.
