There’s no Prince Charming
There’s no fairy tail happily ever after.
There is no perfect man or perfect woman or perfect relationship.
Humans carry baggage,
They carry wounds.
They are their own unique individual made up of a collection of stories and experiences handed down to them.
Men have daily rhythms, are protective practical beings from mars.
Women have cyclical rhythms, are nurturing intuitive beings from Venus.
For most of us we were not taught about the beautiful uniqueness of both a man and a woman.
We were not taught about emotional intelligence and how how communicate that.
We were not taught how to hold a woman and how to hold a man.
We were not taught to set healthy boundaries.
Over the past 10 years together we’ve gone on our own journeys of growth, healing and discovery and been mirrors for our growth together. Learning as much as we can on the above whilst in it!
There have been some very difficult times and it has felt easier to walk away from certain situations than face the journey ahead. Yet here we stand stronger. More aligned, connected & committed.

Leaning in with love to a negative emotion even when the finger turns to you, because you know it’s a wound that’s open and all it needs is love.
We’ve learnt a lot over the past 8 years from others. James holding space for men and Sophie for women.
We don’t possess to hold the key to perfect coupling nor do we have the answers
We are here to hold space for you to discover that together.
