I'm just in the process of setting up Knitty Kat, once I'm up and running I'm hoping to make knitted monsters and animals, crocheted fruit and vegetables and possibly hats and other accessories.

I'm sorry for the radio silence, things are still going on behind the scenes here but I haven't been very well recently so it is going a lot more slowly than planned. I have got a monster made ready for testing although it will be awhile before I'm ready to test, I've started on a few flower keyrings and broaches and I'm also trying to develop a pair of adult gloves to sell. I will get some photos up at some point!

Thanks to you all for liking the page you may be wondering why I don't have anything for sale yet, it's because I'm mainly looking to make toys for children and it is a legal requirement that these are safety tested and CE marked.

Knitty Kat has been in the making for years now but until recently I couldn't see how I would be able to fulfill this requirement on a small scale. Now that I can I'm hoping to get everything up and running as soon as possible and will keep you all updated as I go.

In the meantime I will be making some items for adults and the first of these will be crocheted flower brooches sometime in the new year.
