At Friday’s session, Ethan wanted to do some Kobudo, with his favourite - the Nunchaku. But we didn’t, we had a run through of Shukokai kata and saved Kobudo for another night!

In last night’s session at Kaizen Shukokai, we looked at the use of the Chi Ishi, used as a training tool for a warm up.
Then, we looked at the use of the Yawara, an old weapon from Okinawa.
All in all, an excellent night of study!
