In last night’s session at Kaizen Shukokai, we looked at the use of the Chi Ishi, used as a training tool for a warm up.
Then, we looked at the use of the Yawara, an old weapon from Okinawa.
All in all, an excellent night of study!

We were delighted to be asked recently to produce some very special Yudansha Personalised Embroidered Black Belts for members of the Koryu Kyudokan Dojo (opened nearly 10 years ago by Hanshi Patrick McCarthy).
