CLOSED FROM JANUARY. PLEASE READ.

I'm sadden to say we will be closing, I've had a great time running the gym. Ill be sad to close and no longer see the great Lionz gym customers. I'm really sorry if you have any attachment to this gym. I know I sure do.

Big turnout in the first couple of client circuit classes

We opened a class open only to our 1-1 clients, where they could come to connect with other members and get some of their conditioning done in good company! Feedbacks been great, so much so we are looking to start a second one and open it to anybody.

Don’t get me wrong, group classes will NEVER compare to the benefits of good 1-1 coaching and for that reason will never be my bread and butter. But when it comes to extra conditioning once the strength and technique foundations are established, it has its place for sure!

Looking forward to running more 💪🏃‍♂️
