We have had a few emails & messages lately about people wanting to join I want to just clarify a few things that’s come to my attention ,

This session is about boosting your confidence and raising self esteem, meeting new friends and having fun, it’s designed for women who may feel a little insecure maybe about there weight or how unfit they are or just not comfortable training in a mixed session. We cater for all abilities I myself have a disability several health conditions and you find ways to adjust to methods that work for yourself. Our ladies from September have come on leaps and bounds and there confidence has blossomed and it’s been an absolute pleasure to see and watch them grow and we are incredibly proud of them all.

The hardest step of all is turning up to your first session and taking the leap into the unknown , it’s daunting I know, once you’ve accomplished that you can accomplish anything.
