One of my favourite transitions for opening up the whole body
✨ Table Top → Gate Pose → Child's Pose ✨
A simple, flowy sequence that creates space through the sides of the body, releases tension, and leaves you feeling more open and grounded.

Energising Vinyasa Flow (mixed ability) 9 - 10am
