Feeling the dread when you think about what you’re going to pack for your upcoming holiday?

Did you sweat it out in last week’s heat wave because you don’t like getting your arms out?

It isn’t all about ‘dropping a dress size’ or getting ‘bikini ready’

It’s about FEELING GOOD from the INSIDE.

Being CONFIDENT in the clothes you want to wear and feeling HAPPY when you look in the mirror.

Not jumping out of the way of the camera when your other half wants a picture of you on the beach with your kids.

Or a lil sunset selfie of the two of you.

Our bodies are amazing. Treat them like it.

Said goodbye to the best princess that ever existed this weekend.

I have always said Oreo was my first born child and she has been through house moves, marriage, divorce, child birth and absolutely everything in between with me over the last 16 years.

She lived her best life all day every day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better companion for my adult years.

Sweet dreams baby girl we’ll miss you forever 🫶🏼

Most people don’t fail their diet because they lack discipline.
They fail because the plan was never realistic to begin with.

Eating extremely low calories all week, avoiding every food you enjoy then trying to rely on willpower at weekends is a cycle most people get stuck in for years.

Restriction leads to cravings
Cravings lead to overeating
Overeating leads to guilt
Guilt leads to “starting again Monday.”

Real progress comes from building a routine you can actually maintain:

Enough food
Foods you enjoy
Flexibility for real life
Consistency over perfection

You shouldn’t need to constantly restart to see results.
