My next Sound Bath is just one month away on Friday 25th September 2026. It will run from 7pm to 8pm and you can find full details here: https://www.samadhi-yoga.co.uk/yoga-events-1 This will be a lovely event, combining the energy of both the Autumn Equinox and the Full Moon both of which will help to create a supportive space for rest, reflection, and setting quiet intentions. The grounding vibrations of the sound bath will invite you to relax, reconnect inwardly, and ease into the season ahead 🙏✨

A lovely morning teaching yoga covering for while she's away on holiday. And what a beautiful way to spend the morning. A lovely group of ladies joined me, all eager to indulge in some self-care and much needed relaxation.
Our theme for this session was slowing down and grounding ourselves in the present moment and given that the class was 90 minutes long we had plenty of time to play with.

We started with a focus on yogic breathing (pranayama) and gentle stretches and moved into deeper stretches, sun salutations and some standing postures. We closed the session with some seated stretches, a grounding earth meditation and an extended savasana at the end. Got some lovely feedback from those attending but the best feedback of all was the fact that a couple of them fell off to sleep at the end 😴 Much needed rest and pressing pause on busy lives🙏✨

Really a beautiful space to teach in and such a calm, peaceful energy ✨✨
