A massive congratulations to Louie Lightowler on signing for Manchester City. 🔵⚽

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Louie and getting to know his fantastic family along the way, and it’s brilliant to see him earn this opportunity.

Talent will only take you so far. It’s Louie’s attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn and develop that have always stood out.

Moments like this are exactly why I love coaching — helping young athletes develop physically, build confidence and give themselves the best possible opportunity to progress in their sport.

Development is a team effort. Louie, his family and the coaches around him have all worked together with one priority — what is best for the player. When coaches, clubs and families communicate, collaborate and put the player first, we give young athletes the best possible environment to develop and progress.
