Adults class is running tonight , new students welcome .

We have spaces in our thought after adults class

No previous martial arts experience required .

Come and learn basic , simple self defence techniques that work .

Our system works for all …. Women / men/ big / small ….. it doesn’t matter .

First class is totally free or you can just come and watch .

We are in Dartford town centre ( 5 mins walk from Train station) or parking opposite hall in car park

Classes start at 7pm

Kids combat 5-13 years 6pm - 7pm

Adults session 13-113 - 7pm - 8:30pm

Come and learn to protect yourself, gain confidence , get fitter, meet new friends and most of all enjoy yourself in a relaxed atmosphere

Due to a large majority of kids being missing this week from training the kids class is not on .

However

If kids that are around want to train We can offer them to train alongside the adults between 7-8

If your child wants to train with the adults this week please let us know before Wednesday
