I'm a Professional Boxing Coach sanctioned by the British Boxing Board of Control. I Teach Boxing classes at nemesis gym in erith Tuesday and Thursday evenings 8pm-9pm

I'm based there on Saturday mornings for personal training sessions. I also work every Morning at my home gym in Stone Dartford, Fully equipped with full insurance. Sunday mornings I run ladies Bootcamps at my home gym. I will teac

h you all the basic fundamentals of boxing from the raw beginning. Although my session's are designed for the fitness and exercise industry, i teach the proper boxing techniques as taught to amateur & professional boxers. You are taught skills such as: the offensive and defensive moves, footwork, movement, combinations, co-ordination, potential injuries in boxing, various methods of hand wrapping and the theories behind it, the demands of boxing on the body and much

its not just about the boxing, i also cover personal fitness training designed for fitness body toning and conditioning, weight loss
