On Sunday afternoon, we welcomed back Dartford Road Runners for their annual track races, which this year, was part of their Grand Prix event.

A series of 1 - mile runs followed by some junior fun races before a 5000m.

What a glorious morning in the Athletics arena and Central Park.

There’s always a good vibe around the place on Saturday mornings in the spring, with the sun shining.

Lots going on with junior and adult training sessions on the track and of course, the busy parkrun.

If you’re thinking of getting fit, why not try out the parkrun or contact one of the two resident Athletics Clubs.
There will be something available for everyone of all ages and abilities
