Sometimes it probably looks like I’m just another woman in gym wear, posting photos and videos…
But this page has never been about that.
It’s about showing women what’s possible.
Fitness didn’t just change my body. It changed my confidence, my mindset and how I show up in life. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women become the strongest version of themselves too.
For years we’ve been sold the idea that our goal should be to be skinny.
Nah… I’d rather be strong.
Strong enough to carry the shopping in one trip. Strong enough to protect your independence as you get older. Strong enough to feel confident walking into any room.
I’m 48, nearly 49, and I’m still improving. I’m still learning. I’m still setting myself goals.
And if you’re sat there thinking, “It’s alright for her… she already looks like that,” please don’t.
I wasn’t born doing pull-ups. I wasn’t born confident. I built this, one workout at a time, and so can you.
One of my favourite things lately has been seeing more and more women attempting pull-ups, smashing press-ups, picking up heavier weights and even having the confidence to wear the jumpsuits they never thought they could.
I absolutely LOVE seeing it.
Please keep tagging me in your videos, your gym selfies, your little wins and your big wins. Send me your messages. I genuinely want every single one of you to succeed because there is room for all of us to win.
Let’s stop chasing skinny…
Let’s start chasing strength. 💪🩷
If you’re with me, drop a 💪 in the comments and tell me one strength goal you’re working towards.
Special thanks to for the location and continued love and support and .c.e for the visuals
