📢BIG NEWS - GYM UPDATE 📢

Yes, we know we've been quiet, but there's been lots going on behind the scenes! 👷‍♂️

This week we received the fantastic news that Europa have been successful in receiving investment from the Government's Community Ownership Fund.🙌

This means there is light at the end of the tunnel and we are SO much closer to being able to open fully to the public.🏋‍♀️

💥Europa WLC WORKSHOPS💥

▪Sunday 8th December 19 / Sunday 12th January 20
▪12-4 pm
▪Held at Europa weightlifting club, Dartford, Kent, DA15HZ
▪Workshop will be led by Andrew Callard BEM OLYSenior G.B coach, former Olympian and Commonwealth Gold Medalist. Accompanied by Skip Callard International Weightlifter and multiple British record holder.

Throughout the session we will be focusing on;
•Olympic lifting
•Assistance Exercises •Strength and Conditioning⠀

Did you train of you didn't pose afterward?!
We train as a club every weekday 4-7:30PM and every Saturday 9-12PM if you want to come and have a workout, just drop us a message beforehand. You are more than welcome!
