A quacking morning at Tholthorpe 10k for some Quakers 🖤🤍🦆

We saw a lot of rain, but that didn’t stop some fantastic PBs being smashed out 💪🏻🏃‍♀️

A bittersweet moment on Abbey Field as we officially declared summer over with our annual Games Night! 🥚🥄

Led by our headmistress Wendy Colling, four teams took on the sack race, tested their football skills, tried not to crack under the pressure of the egg and spoon race and took on the relay of all relays 🏃‍♀️

Thank you to Wendy for organising and thank you to everyone who helped on the evening. It was a great night and we already can’t wait for next year!

Another fantastic evening at the North York Moors AC Tom Wall Relays at Stewart Park!

The rain didn’t put anyone off (and it held off while we were running!) 🏃‍♀️

If you were at our AGM earlier this year, you’ll know that it was our plan to launch some bobble hats in memory of beloved Quaker Gary Read

These have now been made and are ready to buy!

They’re £25 each with all proceeds going to charity St Teresa's Hospice but stock is limited so if you want one you’ll have to be quick! 🤍🖤

What a cracking turnout at Scorton 10k this morning! We think we had 33 Quakers running in total (this picture isn’t us all!)🖤🤍

We saw PBs, we picked up prizes, but most of all, we had fun!

Well done to everyone who took part today 🏃‍♀️

Another year, another Darlington 10k smashed by the black and white army 🖤🤍

It’s always a great turnout for our hometown race and the support is unmatched!

PBs were set and smashed, club records were broken and we all had a great load of fun 🏃‍♀️

Thank you to everyone who turned out to support us, and finally on behalf of Quakers everywhere, well done to Rachel, Sophie and Kieran Read who ran today in memory of our beloved Gary.

It was clear to see how much everyone loved him and it was brilliant to see people

An emotional finish at Darlington 10k today as Gary’s wife, children and friends and family crossed the line in honour of him.
