This week 463 people ran, jogged and walked the course. 62 were first timers and 58 recorded new Personal Bests. Well done to you all!

Felt a little bit Autumnal in the park this morning - the 'ber months are coming people!!

This week 441 of you jogged and walked the course
We had visitors from (amongst other places) Kent, London and Perth this morning - thank you for joining us - it was great to see you..

55 if you were first timers

Just also to let everyone know that Ian B is absolutely top banana - he and I (and mainly Robert A) walked some of the course and Ian went home feeling much better. Thank you to every single person (and there were a lot of you) that caught me or called me. Says a lot about how Ian is held by all of us.
