We couldn’t make the run this morning because of work commitments & we didn’t even manage to get a post on to saying the run was on or off but look at that this a little squad still flying g the flag for us well done smashed it guys can’t of been easy in that heat smashed it 💙

Tomorrow’s run is on ✅

We are going to meet at costa drive thru yarm road 8am 🕰️

Hope to see you all there we will do our usual 4 mile loop followed by a coffee after ☕️

Trying to mix the routes up a bit to keep people interested so everyone can come along 💪🏻

Let’s start the bank holiday weekend off with a bang see you tomorrow 💥

It will be from the old stomping ground costa drive thru yarm road same time of 8am usual 4 miles loop with a coffee at the end ☕️

Good morning this weeks run, Saturday 18th April 8am will be at MJ's Cake Cafe in the usual spot in Middleton St George 📍

After a successful run last week Meet n Marrow we will be rotating between the two to keep things fresh who knows we might even fling a Costa loop back in ☕️
