‘Congratulations you have now completed your FINAL Metafit workout’ 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I made the very sad announcement tonight that tonight’s class was my last. Due to other work commitments I have decided to call it a day with Metafit classes.

I will be keeping my license so never say never, and I will be available for any sports teams who fancy a fitness blast!

Thank you so much to everyone who has been and done an explosive jack, skater or a tuck jump! It’s been a pleasure and it wouldn’t have worked without all of you. Take care and keep fit 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
