4th official 10km run and a PB πŸ˜€

Route through Roundhay Park and not as flat as I thought! πŸ€ͺAnd Storm Dave making an appearance in parts! πŸŒ§οΈπŸ’¨

I generally only run on treadmills or round a flat arena so these runs challenge me! πŸ˜‚
And I’m not a natural runner either!

Running felt better which is a big bonus for me.

Considering I was in Benidorm less than a week ago, Glasgow the weekend before, plus Katowice and Dubai last month, my body performed under fatigue πŸ€ͺπŸ˜„. More R&R definitely needed going forward!
