Welcome.... Firstly, I would like to personally thank you for visiting Key Fitness Studio page. My reasons for having such a great interest and passion for Health and Fitness were not only due to my own battle with weight loss but also due to a major traffic accident which I was unfortunately involved in, in 2006. The accident had a dramatic impact on my life, as I suffered from injuries

so extreme, I was told I would never be able to walk again. Due to the help and support I received as well as my determination, I am now able to walk again. It was during this time that I gained such a desire to embark on a career in this field, as I want to help encourage others see what Fitness can do for their lives. So here at Key Fitness Studio we can help you whether you're looking to lose weight, deal with an injury, build muscle, improve your fitness or just generally increase your health & well being, inside our own fully equiped studio, with one of our friendly yet enthusiastic trainers, who believe in doing what they preach!

I won't go into the details this time, as I'm pretty sure most of you know the story by now.

Looking back, despite the fact that I still can't fully move my ankle, live with some level of pain most days, and there are plenty of things I can no longer do, I genuinely see that day as a positive.

Without it, I would never have gone on to earn my BSc (Hons) in Sport Therapy, gain numerous other fitness qualifications, find a career I love, open my own training studioโ€”which is still going strong 13 years laterโ€”or, of course, have my amazing family.

Sometimes, you have to accept the cards you've been dealt and focus on the things you can do rather than dwelling on what you've lost. Not everything can be changed, but your perspective can.

Today was one of those days where I could have easily talked myself out of going for a bike ride. Unlike the gym, which is ๐ง๐จ๐ง-๐ง๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž for me, I see mountain biking as a healthy hobbyโ€”just as many of you might view running, walking, or other activities.

The reality is that motivation isn't always there, but discipline can carry you through. I managed to convince myself to go, and afterwards I was so glad I did.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply getting started. More often than not, you'll never regret the workout, ride, run, or walk once it's done. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿšต

Think about it: there are days you don't want to go to work, but you go. There are days you don't feel like doing the school run, but you do it anyway because it has to be done.

The gym is no different.

You won't always feel motivated. You won't always have loads of energy. Some days you'll be tired, stressed, or simply not in the mood. But results don't come from doing it only when you feel like it.

They come from showing up consistently, especially on the days you don't want to.

Stop negotiating with yourself. Make your health a priority. Make training a habit. Make the gym ๐ง๐จ๐ง-๐ง๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž.
