Today is the day! Our students are stepping up to the challenge, showcasing their hard work, discipline, and dedication in their grading. From our Mini Heroes to our Junior and Adult Martial Artists, every student has been training hard to earn their next belt.

My journey in my martial arts started 30years ago this year.

I worked really hard for each and every grading, though dedication, and commitment to my goal of achieving my black belt.

My goal become a reality in 1998 when I achieved my 1st Dan, but by then I was hooked and couldn’t get enough of training. I was training almost every day.

I opened my first club in 1999 and although I faced a lot of challenges but in my personal life and in my martial arts I persevered and pushed through them difficulties and achieved my 2nd Dan in 2000, 3rd Dan in 2003, 4th Dan in 2009 and then 5th dan in 2022

Throughout this time I have been a member of numerous martial arts groups, but I am now proud to be an instructor at Hero Martial Arts Schools and over the passed year my classes have grown with the help and support of the amazing team at Hero Martial Arts Schools.

What a fantastic end of year awards evening and Christmas party we had last night at Middleton St George Cricket and Social Club.
