🍕🔥 THIS YEAR’S TRIATHLON IS ONE NOT TO MISS! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We’re delighted to have the fantastic Fired & Sliced Pizza joining us at our Triathlon Club Triathlon on Sunday 20th September at Teesdale Leisure Centre! 🍕🤤

We’ve got some brilliant food and drink vendors coming along, so whether you’re racing, supporting, or simply fancy a lovely morning out, there’s plenty to look forward to!

We get asked all the time… “Do you offer swimming lessons?” 🤔🏊

The short answer is no.

Our coached swim sessions are designed for triathletes who already have a basic swimming ability. To get the most from them, you should be able to swim at least 100m continuously (ideally front crawl).

But don’t let that put you off!

If you’ve always fancied taking on a triathlon but the swim feels impossible, you’re in good company. For so many triathletes, the swim was the biggest obstacle to overcome.

Our advice? Start with an adult swim class, such as those at the Dolphin Centre or with a local swim coaching provider. Build your confidence, learn the technique, and before you know it you’ll be swimming 100m without stopping.

Then come and join us in the pool. We’ll help you become a stronger, faster and more confident swimmer ready for race day.

💙 Don’t let the swim become your excuse.
Turn it into your biggest achievement.

Every triathlete was once a beginner. The only difference is they took the first step.

🏅Outlaw Original Weekend 🏅

Yesterday saw three of our members head to Nottingham for Outlaw Original Weekend. Unfortunately high levels of blue/green algae saw all events changed to a duathlon format but that didn’t stop the guys taking on the course in style.

In the middle distance race David S took on the 70.3 mile course in a blistering 04:40:47 🌟

In the full distance Matt came home in 12:40:19 following by Dave T in 14:37:15 👏🏼

Well done to all three for amazing performances and adapting to the changed format to bring it home 🖤💚
