Hannah is preparing for the AWPC World Championships.

She came in with pain during her squat and a comprehensive history - her paramedic background certainly helped with the detail 😅

Exercise reduction 🙅‍♂️
Exercise modification 🏋️‍♂️

Tweaks to her movements, soft tissue therapy, stretches and mobilisations and she is moving pain-free.

ANDDD.. that is it, my final placement completed!

It has been a long three years, but I have came to the end of my BSc Physiotherapy at .

Now awaiting final results to be confirmed, ready for our July graduation.

I have met some great people on the course, learnt a lot and really developed my skills and knowledge, and can't wait for what comes next!

Hopefully I have some BIG news to share in the coming weeks, but one thing is for sure, my clinic will be back up and running and I am actively taking on massage, therapy and coaching clients from 26th May, ready to transition into Physio in the summer!
