Grant is one of our class instructors here at JD Gyms Darlington and is taking part in the Great North Run on 13th September!🏃‍♂️🎽

Grant is running the Great North Run in memory of his mother-in-law, Shirley, and is raising funds for St John's Hospice Lancaster. Following the care and support they provided to his family earlier this year.😊

The new treadmills will let you walk, sprint, run, and maybe even step on an incline ... if you're so inclined! This upgrade is part of a full cardio kit install, which will be completed next week. There will be minimal disruption, but if you have any questions, just ask a team member.
