What is it?
It is a neuro developmental condition characterised by challenges in executive functioning like planning, focus and emotional regulation… making it difficult to plan physical activity, stay focused on goals or even feel feel like doing anything.
Individuals with ADHD typically have lower baseline levels of dopamine and physical activity actually floods the brain with dopamine!
The spike of dopamine increase alertness for several hours following a workout - which is why morning training sessions are ideal to increase productivity for the rest of the day 🙌🏻
