Our yearly football card!

£10 a team
£400 to the winner
£400 to the club

Over the next few weeks we will be looking to fill a football card. This card is a massive part of our fundraising as it contributes highly to paying for our pitch for the season! We’ve said it before and we will say it again, the hardest part about Sunday leauge football is raising the money to keep going season after season. We couldn’t do it without support from the local people.

If you would like a team let us know, either through here or through a team member. Bank details are on the top of the page. As many teams as you like, everyone’s help is appreciated weather it’s a share or taking a team!

Also keep your eyes peeled, as the 2025-2026 player sponsor £50 drinks hamper will be getting drawn tomorrow night!

Better late than never

Season 2025/2026

We ended last season in 3rd place in the league, with a dip of form towards the end of the season which was disappointing for our standards.

We managed to win the Alan Rusk cup, and had a great day out at shildon FC.

Held our own in the county cup against some top sides.

Division 1 cup semi final before getting knocked out by winners grey horse

League cup and heart foundation we won’t talk about 🤦‍♂️

Better than all that we’ve had another good season and some cracking days out with a top bunch of lads 💪

We will have a small presentation in the wheatsheaf Sunday July 19th.

We now look forward to pre season, and hopefully another strong go at it next year in the leauge and cup competitions.

Tomorrow the lads will be looking to get their hands on a piece of silverware, as they take on skerne Park in the Alan rusk cup final.

The game will be played at Shildon Football Club. £2 cash entry.

Hopefully we see a few there to support the lads
