Taught my first class since lockdown today, it felt great! (and no, it wasn’t to kittens)

It’s been a weird few months, and I haven’t been active here (or anywhere 😆), instead focusing on completing my OU degree and managing my mental health.

But I’m back! Thanks to for having me back to bring the team some midweek relaxing yoga and meditation via zoom.

I’m hoping that there may be some face to face teaching in my future, sooner rather than later....

I hope you all manage to make some time for yourself over the next few days. The Christmas period can be fraught so self care is important. A five minute meditation, a few sun salutations in your jammies, some gentle yin yoga in bed. It all helps 😘❤️
