We’re excited to announce a brand-new Kids Kick Boxing class at Prana Martial Arts!

📅 Starting Monday 7th September
⏰ 5:30pm
🥊 Ages 8–14

A fun, energetic class designed to help kids build fitness, confidence, coordination, focus and discipline while learning real kickboxing skills in a safe and supportive environment.

💥 Membership options:
• Add it to your existing Kids BJJ membership for just £15 per month
• Stand-alone membership: £20 per month for new members

Whether your child is completely new to martial arts or already trains at Prana, this is a fantastic way to get active, learn new skills and have fun!

Unable to attend the grading next week. So the Italian stallion gets it today before heading to the home land with his son Cory. At 56 we are proud of them both. Safe trip guys. 🍕🇮🇹🍝🍷
