200KG @ 72KG Bodyweight …

For the young 20 year old Makyh 😈

Mak is a pure fairground client, and an ideal client at that. We’ve started at the base (lean) and built him up with proper technique and programming.

He’s way above average right now and he’s only going to get better, because his foundations are strong. No injuries no supplements no weakness.

He did this on 3 day program, deadlifting once a week, not going over 90% for 13 weeks straight. He PR’d in everything today, squat 140-150kg bench 110-120kg deadlift 175-200kg

Total increase in his SBD by 45KG! This is progress in only 12 weeks while maintaining the same body of 72KG all year long. These are still “newbie” gainz, and it’s because Mak follows our fairground coaching programs to the script.

I love numbers 🙂
