We are currently awaiting planning permission in Springfield Industrial Estate, Cwmbran. We have been waiting since september 2014, but now inthe last stages. Our gym will be a step above the rest, the biggest of its kind in Cwmbran. It will have a variety of; cardio machines, plate-loaded machines, resistance machines, a massive free weights section, an astroturf and cross-fit section. The gym is almost 6,000 sq ft! It will change fitness in Cwmbran, there's nothing that even compares this side of Cardiff.
