🩰 Ella‑Louise Appleby, 27, runs a dance school in Cwmbran. The photo on the right shows her at eight -years-old at the Royal Ballet School in London - a prize she earned after winning a competition held at Cwmbran’s Congress Theatre

The middle photo was taken in March 2026 during her school’s two‑night sell‑out show at the Congress Theatre.

And the photo on the left is from her time as a soloist in The Nutcracker at the Theatre Royal in Bath.

📝 Look out for an interview on Cwmbran Life today with Ella‑Louise, whose lovely circular story runs from being inspired after dancing as a child at Cwmbran’s theatre to becoming a professional ballet dancer alongside running her own school.
