Ooosh! It’s been a while!

Are you up for some dancing come January?
….because I am! 💪🏻💃🏼🪩
I haven’t yet decided if 13th or 20th January to restart classes, but we will 100% be back grooving and shaking to all your favourite dancefloor songs!
I will confirm the date ASAP!
Your first class ever will always remain free, as long as you complete a PAR-Q (just so I know if you need modifications or advisory movements)
and of course block pre-booking will still come with the discount ♥️
I was unsure if there would be a return at all, it’s been tough to think like it, but this last few weeks I find myself making up routines to songs on the radio, enjoying hearing our class songs and grooving along to them, and feeling like I need to get back to Tuesday evenings at The White Hut (who have been amazingly understanding - love these guys, especially Claire!)
I am gonna take a slightly different approach on returning, it will be a build up to spring, easing us all back into movement after the festive eating period and of course the 6-ish months since we were last together briefly.
You will still get a thorough workout, warm-up and stretch cool-downs every class, maximising the 60 minutes we have together 💪🏻 by March I aim to have us back to our normal class party!
I’ll also be throwing new routines into the mix thick and fast! 1 or 2 a week, for the first few weeks, just to get them all out there and really build up that variety in class!
So an easy return to movement, and a slightly more challenging one for the brain, but remember, you don’t need to remember, that’s my job! You just come along and follow my lead, and just keep moving!
We still hold fast to the ethos that class is a safe space for anyone to join, regardless of ability or experience, all that matters is between you and I, we’re maximising your enjoyment, giving you reasons to commit, then reap the health benefits as we all continue to grow together!
It’s still a mix of older and newer tunes, the ones that make you get on the dancefloor and throw shapes at those parties, because you will enjoy yourself more if you enjoy the music, and the enjoyment stops it feeling like exercise!
Once we’ve got a good grasp of Tuesdays, I’ll be looking at returning our Sunday morning classes down at Court Farm & Oakfield Community Hall too, but think we’ll be looking at spring/summer for the return of Sunday morning party class ♥️
