If you want to kick start the New Year with a new sport why not give our kickboxing club a go👊🦈🥊...

Our classes cover Self Defence, General Fitness and Competition if you are interested👊🥊. We also have a grading system you can work through🥋🥊.
Kickboxing is great for discipline and building confidence, we don't just teach kicking and punching we teach life skills too👊🦈. You can train in a fun friendly safe environment😁. We teach from the age of 5 years old and up.

Our Caerphilly Club is on a Monday and Thursday, Juniors 6pm-7pm and Adults 7pm-8pm. We are located in St.Cenydd Leisure Centre.

Our Cwmbran Club is on a Monday,Thursday, Friday, Juniors 5pm-6pm Adults 6pm-7pm. We also have a Tuesday class, Junior beginners 4:30pm-5:30pm, Junior Advanced 5:30pm-6:30pm and Adults 6:30pm-7:30pm. We are located in Goodes Fitness NP44 2JJ.
