We’ve already established girls teams, including U12 & U15 JPL Warriors, alongside our train only program & we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for someone with the experience, ambition and vision to:

⚽️ Grow our girls pathway
⚽️ Build teams across multiple age groups
⚽️ Recruit & develop players and coaches
⚽️ Create a clear pathway for player development
⚽️ Help make Dragons a leading destination for girls football in the area

You’ll be joining an established academy with 160+ players, JPL football, excellent facilities and a proven track record of player development.
