Tomorrow marks a sad day for everyone associated with Cupar Colts as our 2010 head coach Andrew Davidson takes charge of his last offical match with the club
Andy started his coaching career with the club in 2008 - 2014 with his first son Olly.
Also holding the role of chairman in this time
After a brief hiatus Andy returned in 2016 with his 2nd son Glenn, reigniting his passion for coaching.
Glenn showed outstanding talent, and was soon scouted with a move to Kelty Hearts
Andy decided to stay with our 10's at a great personnel sacrifice as he would miss a lot of Glenn's development due to scheduling.
Glenn has now moved on to Dunfermline Academy and with a bright future in the game ahead of him, Andy has taken the difficult decision to step down and watch his son progress.
Andy leaves behind a fantastic legacy with the club, of improving players on the field, and making them better people off it.
He has always stood by the club mantra of giving every single player a chance no matter ability.
Andy has also built up great relationships with Cupar Hearts AFC AM Soccer Club and the Ceres five a side tournament which has seen everyone work together for the benefit of Cupar as a whole
The club would like to thank Andy for everything he has given to the club over the years, and wish himself and his family all the very best for the future 💙 💛
