Good evening everyone 😀, Bruce here at Eden Springs 😀.

Who fancies a TROPHY BROWN TROUT??

Over the past few days, both Bull Stone and Edensmuir have been showing our anglers just how well our resident BROWNS are thriving in their environment, with some spectacular 'BARS OF GOLD' being landed 😀.

I have 10 confirmed (and many more contacted) in just the past 3 days, with the average weight at a very impressive 6lbs 😀😀.

Gary had 4 stunning Browns in his 9 fish landed today 👏😎🎣, best estimated around 7lbs. Most on Yellow Owls 😎.
Gary's home tied version attached 😉.

Stuart landed 7 fish, including 2 beautiful Browns 😍.

Alan finished today with 9, all Rainbows 👏.

Lots and lots of 5's, 6's and 7's today, all on varying tactics 😀.

All waters on fire 🔥 at the moment and tomorrow's forecast looks pretty much perfect 👌 😉.

Who fancies some spectacular sport????

You just never know who's going to say 'hello' when you pop your head down a hole 🙈😆😆.

Here's 'Wesley' The Weasel saying Hi 😍.

Top Rod Honours 🎖 today go to Steven, who, when I left, had successfully landed 10 beauties 👏🎣, most of which were on dries 😀.

His buddy Dave, fishing on the next Peg was also hitting fish on dries, including a stunning Brown around the 3lbs mark 😀.

The same applied to Michael, striking into fish after fish, this time on Sedge patterns 😀🎣.

We also welcomed SHAY and GEORGE, all the way from Northern Ireland 🇮🇪 today, who were both enjoying their annual visit 😀.
What a wonderful catch up we had today 😆. Great to see you both again 😉.

Fantastic fishing 🎣 enjoyed by all and looking at tomorrow's forecast 👌, I should imagine some exceptional sport will be on offer 😀.

Spectacular, scenic surroundings, peace, tranquility, friendly 'chitchat', an environment where you can forget about all your worries and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature 😍♥️.

Good evening everyone 😀, Bruce here at Eden Springs 😀.

It's been such a busy day today, therefore I will have to post twice this evening 😀😀.

Lots and lots of magnificent fish landed today, in near perfect conditions 👌, including some spectacular Browns 😀.

The rises witnessed by our anglers throughout the whole day were something very special 😀 and with most fish falling to dry flies, it really looks as if there's going to be some very special catches in the coming weeks 😀.

Top Honours 🎖, yet again go to Gary, finishing a cracking session with 14 fish, with most taken on dries 👏👏🎣😎.

Here's Andrew landing a magnificent 'BAR OF GOLD' on a dry 👌😎.

Great to see so many angling friends from my past popping in today 😍.

Good evening everyone 😀, Bruce here at Eden Springs 🥵.

Just couldn't keep up today 🙉🙈🥵😆🎣.

Popped round to see what was happening on Bull Stone earlier this morning 🙉🙈🙉.

Rods bending everywhere, with some real beauties hitting the nets 😀.

Over 100 fish landed today, with top baskets including Steven on 21😎, Davie on 18👏 and an average of 8 fish per angler 😀.

Drys, Daddys, Smokers, Top Hats, Snakes 🐍, you name it, our residents were having it 😀.

Even the Royal Air Force 🚁 were monitoring proceedings 😆.

More of the same predicted tomorrow 😉.

There's so much incredible, mysterious creatures to see as we head into Autumn 🍂, none more so than these beautiful little bugs, showing off their spectacular, colourful, 'COATS OF ARMS' 🥰🪲🛡🔰, expertly captured and shared by one of our amateur photographers 📸, ANGELA 👌😀.

ANGELA tells me that yesterday, as she was walking our ever popular 'WOODLAND TRAIL', she had discovered part of a fallen tree and had a quick look around.

She had ruffled through a few branches and fresh leaves 🍃, only to be amazed by what she found 😳.

So many different SHIELD BUGS in one small area 😳😳.
And the colours and patterns were truly stunning and indeed, quite puzzling 🤷‍♂️??

What exactly do these array of colours and designs mean in the natural world ????????

It really makes you wonder 🤔?

Incredible pictures, I'm sure you will all agree.

Thanks again for sharing ANGELA 😊.

It really is amazing just what you can find around our spectacular environment 😀.

On the angling front, the real winner today was the wind 🌬🌪, making fishing very challenging, although GARY managed to tame the gusts, ending his session as Top Rod, with an impressive haul of 12 fish 👏👏👏.

Excellent angling GARY 😎🎣.

Good evening everyone 😀, Bruce here at Eden Springs 😀.

🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟

You ask us for more fish, we listen and continue with our major autumn stocking program 😉.

That's yet another two tank fulls into Edensmuir just a few hours ago, that's already a total of 5 to 600 fish into Edensmuir in the past 3 weeks 😳.

On top of that, some magnificent overwintered fish were landed today by one of our visiting anglers, Tom, with the average fish landed by him and his boat partner hitting the 5lbs mark 👏 😀.

Both Bull Stone and Little Eden continue to fish very, very well, with many anglers reporting catches well into double figures, with some beautiful Browns in amongst them 😀.

Our larger residents are now smashing into Daddys and Sedges, offering some exhilarating sport 😀.

I'll be your host for the next three days 😉 and will be happy to offer any of our visiting anglers some expert knowledge and tactics which should guarantee some unforgettable fishing 🎣 😉.

Plenty rod availability on all three waters throughout the coming days and I'll have the gates open for 8am sharp 😀.

Good evening everyone 😀, Bruce here at Eden Springs 🥵.

That's all platforms at Little Eden now clear of all w**d 🥵🥵.

Another wonderful day for our anglers, with some stunning fish landed, with some of our larger resident BROWNS now hitting the drys 😀.

Here's one of Gary's 3 BROWNS, around the 6/7lb mark, in his overall catch of 9 fish 👏.

Other notable catches included Roy with 10 fish 👏, Craig 8 fish, rods averaging 6 fish 😀.

Out on Edensmuir there were fish reported around the 5lbs mark, with most being taken up in The Shallows and Sandy Bay 😉.

Great to see the banks lined with happy anglers today 😀.

I fully expect some sensational sport tomorrow, with a more favourable forecast 😉.

Plenty rod availability on all three waters.

HINT 😉.

After I had cleared all the platforms at Little Eden, there were some very large fish spotted, including BROWNS, scooping up the banquet of ENTOMOLOGY disturbed by the w**d clearing.
DEFINITELY WORTH A FEW CASTS 😉😉🎣.

Top rod honours 🎖 go to Steven, who ended his day on 15 fish, on various mini lures 👏👏🎣.

Rod average on Bull Stone hovered around the 6 fish mark, which, in the bright warm conditions wasn't too bad at all 👏😀.

Plenty rod availability on all three waters throughout tomorrow and cooler conditions are forecast 😉🎣.
